August 1, 2026 marks two years since Hermitage Primary Care
joined Summit Medical Group, and we have exciting news to celebrate. The coming
year will bring a new chapter as we become Legacy Primary Care and
relocate to our new, expanded facility at 113 Bear Crossing in Mt. Juliet,
with an anticipated opening date of January 11, 2027.
And that's not all... effective August 1, 2026, all providers, including Dr. Kurzynske and Dr. Shah, are now welcoming new patients with appointments available in the coming weeks!
