Notice of Power or Phone Outages

TUESDAY, APRIL 30 —Earlier today, we received notice that all AT&T circuits in the Dallas, TX datacenter went down. This resulted in several of our sites losing phone service. At this moment, there is not an ETA from AT&T on getting the phone lines back up, but we are in constant communication with them.
We understand the critical nature of the services we provide to you and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and your family. Rest assured we will continue to communicate with AT&T and will update you as soon as we have news to share.
