Summit physicians rank in the
top 10 nationwide for all three categories of NCQA recognition: Patient
Centered Medical Home, Heart Stroke Recognition, and Diabetes
Recognition. In addition, Summit physicians were the first in the state
of Tennessee to receive top tier certification for Patient Centered Medical
Home under the new NCQA criteria published in 2011. Greater than 90% of
all physicians recognized by the NCQA in the state of Tennessee practice with
Summit Medical Group*.
