E. Erin Stayton, FNP, joins Summit Family Medicine Greeneville


E. Erin Stayton has joined Summit Family Medicine Greeneville as a family nurse practitioner.

Stayton specializes in the diagnosis, management and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions and family care. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and certified by the National Society of Health Coaches (NSHC). She also is an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) who specializes in the clinical management of breastfeeding and lactation.

Stayton received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Tennessee in 2002. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in the inaugural class of Tusculum University’s family nurse practitioner program in 2017.

Prior to joining Summit Family Medicine Greeneville, Stayton worked for 16 years as a registered nurse at Laughlin Memorial Hospital.

The daughter of Linda Hahlen and Bob Hahlen of Greeneville, Stayton resides in Greeneville with her husband, Brian, and their two children, Connor, 12, and Gabi, 11. Stayton, who has lived in Greeneville for 35 years, enjoys volunteering with women’s service organizations, reading, being a soccer and cheer mom and walking with her English golden retriever, Hopper.
